Gingers are stunning clumping plants that are fast growing and give a fabulous lush look to the garden. With exotic broad leaf foliage and magnificent flowers they join the list of must have plants for the tropical garden. Possibly the hardiest of the Gingers is Alpinia Zerumbet variegate, a tall fast growing plant ideal for Sydney.
